Lucia is a senior social worker with TOUCH Integrated Family Group. As a senior social worker, she designs intervention programmes and provides counselling services to help youths reach their full potential by guiding them towards a balanced life mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Lucia started developing a keen interest in mental health while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minor in Management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Upon her graduation, Lucia worked with psychiatric patients in a psychiatric hospital in Hong Kong. Later, she pursued a Master of Social Work from the University of Hong Kong and began working in family social centres since 2016 to expand her work experience in serving clients of different profiles.

Lucia is passionate about mental health advocacy as she strongly believes that everyone is unique and has their own strengths to live to their full potential.
