Colyn is the Head of MINDSET Singapore, the Jardine Matheson Group’s corporate social responsibility arm and a registered charity established to make a difference in the area of mental health. Her interest in the social service sector was developed at an early age when her parents emphasized the importance of supporting people in need.

Colyn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts – BA (Major in Social Work) degree from National University of Singapore and just obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the Singapore Management University. She is highly skilled in corporate social responsibility (CSR), project management, stakeholder management, events management, consumer experience and strategy planning.

Colyn is passionate about delivery of projects and programmes that drive social benefits and support communities while at the same time realising business gains. Colyn believes that more can be done in the area of mental health, especially to raise awareness and promote community acceptance. She strongly believes that individuals should be empowered with the right opportunities, development and experiences in order to achieve their goals whilst at the same time achieving a greater collective impact.
