Nicole is founder of The Tapestry Project SG, a ground-up initiative which champions first-person stories on mental health on its online publication thetapestryproject.sg. She was inspired to start The Tapestry Project SG due to her personal journey with depression and anxiety, hoping that her sharing may empower and encourage fellow readers. The initiative has grown to help many due to its constant efforts in being authentic and sincere, researching and understanding of the gaps in society.
