TEMASEK FOUNDATION

Oscar Fund

The Oscar fund by Temasek Foundation aims to help communities uplift the vulnerable and foster an environment of care through ground-up, self-help philanthropic initiatives by citizens and residents. This is an extension and expansion of the original Oscar@Sg Fund previously administered by Temasek Trust.

LEE KUAN YEW FUND FOR BILINGUALISM

Call for Proposals

The Fund invites you to submit proposals that have the potential to create an impact on (i) promoting bilingualism among pre-school children in pre-school, at home and in the community and (ii) the learning of our Mother Tongue Languages as living languages and a lifelong endeavour.​

NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL

National Youth Fund

(Youth Leadership Development)

The National Youth Fund supports outstanding youth leaders pursuing training and development in reputable local and international platforms, so they can lead community initiatives or start positive social movements.

NATIONAL ARTS COUNCIL

Presentation and Participation Grant

(General)

The Presentation and Participation Grant supports the presentation of arts activities and works that express and enrich our artistic diversity, as well as increase arts appreciation and participation in Singapore.

NATIONAL HERITAGE BOARD

Minor Project Grant

NHB's Minor Project Grant aims to support a wide range of community heritage projects; these include programmes, events and exhibitions.

  • Groups: Local registered organisations

  • Application period: Open twice a year

SINGAPORE KINDNESS MOVEMENT

Ground-Up Movement Funding

SKM's Ground-Up Movement Funding grant encourages informal and self-organised groups to start or sustain their self-initiated voluntary projects on promoting the message of kindness to different communities or address more specific social issues.

NHB's Heritage Project Grant aims to provide a higher level of support for projects with the potential to make a significant and lasting contribution to Singapore’s heritage scene. This grant also encourages a stronger and more sustained ground ownership of heritage projects.
